Make sure all swimmers are there, attendance sheet supplied by the coach
Once swimmers arrive, talk them through the events they are swimming
Notify the coach of any swimmers that have not arrived, so that the team sheet can be amended
Send the swimmers for warm-up, when requested by coach
When the gala starts, send four swimmers up, and replenish one swimmer per race thereafter
Once the relays start: in case any 25m relays, take swimmers to shallow end of pool. Tell them when to get into the pool, and how to hold the rail for takeover. Another team manager will stay with the rest of the team
